Since its establishment, EMDS has cooperated with international inter-state and non-governmental organizations working in the field of elections, human rights and democratization.
EMDS has participated in various events of the OSCE/ODIHR and Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe, and cooperated with them in the field of protection of human rights and democratic freedoms in Azerbaijan.
