CEC announced the voter turnout to be 8.51% as of 10:00 a.m. However, according to the reports submitted from the polling stations by the observers cooperating with EMDS the turnout was 5.6 %. The margin of error of figures declared by EMDS constitutes +-0.7%.

The difference persisted between the final results of voter turnout as of 19:00 announced by CEC and EMDS. The margin of error of figures declared by EMDS based on the conducted observation constitutes +-1.9%
