On his 15th day of hunger strike Tofig Yagublu’s health conditions entered to a critical phase. According to his doctor and people met and contacted him, he is conscious, however has physiological difficulties at expressing himself. Yagublu is having problems with his sight and barely folds his hands. He cannot stand without help of others.
A blood test was taken and analysed which turned out to have terrible results. He has been provided with blood from the Blood Bank as a result. His request of appeal will be forwarded to the Court of Appeal tomorrow, 17th September 2020, according to the Nizami Court Disctrict.
